If your client is in need of a Tax Amendment or a Prior Quarter Adjustment (PQA), please fill out the Tax Adjustment Request form (found below). If the adjustment is INCREASING wages, a Waiver Letter will also be required before any work can begin on the adjustment.
The minimum fee for re-opening a prior quarter is $350. Once we receive all the required/necessary information, the adjustment request will be submitted to the Tax Department, and quote for fees and timeline will be sent to you.
Please note: most adjustments take several weeks to complete, and all are processed in the order they are submitted COMPLETELY (this does not mean from the first email letting us know this may be coming, but from the time we receive all required documentation, including any necessary Waiver Letters).
