Pay-Net has sunset Integrated Reporting Services with CalSavers as of May 15, 2026.
Unfortunately, after many years of giving every effort to make a CalSavers integration work, Pay-Net is making the painful, yet necessary decision to sunset our integrated reporting service.
Why now?
There are myriad reasons we’ve decided to sunset the service, but by now it has become inescapably clear that California state has not been and will not be able to commit the necessary resources to the program to actually make it effective. There are too many technical issues that we spend months waiting on solutions for, and our clients deserve better.
And we have found a better alternative to offer!

We have partnered with local rep, Connor Slattery, and his team for a customer service-centered solution that we can help seamlessly transition you to, if you wish to avoid the headaches of dealing with CalSavers, and the eventual manual upload requirements. What if I want to stick with CalSavers?
No problem! If you want to stick with CalSavers, you will simply need to start uploading the required report to the state site each payroll manually. We will still take care of the deduction calculations, and automatically make the report available to you each payroll; it’s only the integrated, automated report submission that will be deactivated.
A report that matches the specifications for upload is already available for your company. Here are instructions on how to retrieve that report.
